What MATH
is REALLY needed to succeed
in university or college?

This site is designed to let you know what secondary school Math skills, knowledge and concepts are really important for the further study of mathematics or statistics in college or university.

A Mathematics Proficiencies study involving 24 colleges, universities and institutes was recently conducted in BC with some astonishing results.   Instructors were asked what skills and competencies were most important to entering mathematics and statistics students.  If you are preparing for college or university, this is where you can find out some of what they said.
